Dog Breeders Trust Fund/Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Creating the trust fund within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; requiring that the balance of the trust fund remain in the fund at the end of the year and be available for the purposes of the trust fund; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc. Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1830 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
