Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Law Enforcement Officer; Authorizing a law enforcement agency to impound a motor vehicle driven by a person who willfully flees or attempts to elude a law enforcement officer; requiring the impounding agency to provide certain notifications; requiring the release of the impounded motor vehicle in certain circumstances, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
