Prearranged Transportation Services; Prohibiting the impersonation of a transportation network company driver; providing that services purchased from a transportation network company are not considered privately owned or operated bus transit systems; requiring transportation service providers to provide certain drivers with access to certain training materials, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
