Emergencies; Authorizing certain servicemembers to provide medical care in specified circumstances; authorizing the Division of Emergency Management to create certain local organizations in county constitutional offices; providing that the division has command and control of specified emergency management efforts; requiring certain political subdivisions to publish specified information on publicly available websites, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
