Electronic Delivery of Notices Between Landlords and Tenants; Authorizing a landlord or tenant to electronically deliver notices to the other party if certain conditions are met; authorizing a party to revoke its agreement to electronic delivery without invalidating notices previously sent by e-mail; providing that a notice delivered by e-mail is deemed delivered at the time the e-mail is sent, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
