Coverage of Prescription Drugs for Pain; Requiring the Medicaid program and Medicaid managed care plans, respectively, to provide coverage such that nonopioid pain drugs are not disadvantaged or otherwise discouraged relative to any opioid or narcotic drug for pain management or treatment; specifying prohibited practices in relation to such coverage, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
