Substance Abuse Treatment; Providing the levels of care at certified recovery residences and their respective levels of care for residents; defining the term “community housing”; extending the deadline for certified recovery residences to retain a replacement for a certified recovery residence administrator who has been removed from his or her position; authorizing certain Level IV certified recovery residences owned or controlled by a licensed service provider and managed by a certified recovery residence administrator approved for a specified number of residents to manage a specified greater number of residents, provided that certain criteria are met, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
