Florida Kratom Consumer Protection Act: Prohibits processors from selling, preparing, distributing, or exposing for sale certain kratom products & selling, delivering, bartering, furnishing, or giving kratom products to individuals under 21 years of age; revises penalties; provides exception. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
