Reemployment of Retired Law Enforcement Officers: Authorizes retired law enforcement officers to be reemployed in specified positions; authorizes such retired law enforcement officers to receive both compensation & retirement benefits; provides that such retired law enforcement officers may not renew membership in FRS. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
