Public Records/County Attorneys and City Attorneys; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for the personal identifying and location information of current county attorneys, assistant county attorneys, deputy county attorneys, city attorneys, assistant city attorneys, and deputy city attorneys and the names and personal identifying and location information of the spouses and children of such attorneys; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
