Summary
Exposures of First Responders to Fentanyl and Fentanyl Analogs: Provides criminal penalties for adults who unlawfully possess specified controlled substances & who expose first responder to such substances, if exposure results in an overdose or serious bodily injury; provides affirmative defense. Effective Date: October 1, 2024
