Summary
Trust Funds of the Department of Education and the Board of Governors of the State University System; Terminating the Building Fee Trust Fund, the Replacement Trust Fund, the State University System Concurrency Trust Fund, the State University System Law Enforcement Trust Fund, and the Uniform Payroll Trust Fund within the Department of Education and the Board of Governors of the State University System; requiring certain proceeds to be deposited into a state university’s appropriate local account instead of the special law enforcement trust fund, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
