HB 1425 Practice of Pharmacy (2026 Session)

Practice of Pharmacy: Revises definition of "health care facility"; authorizes consultant pharmacists to provide medication management services in clinics owned by hospital or by one or more physicians who employed by hospital; defines "covered prescription drug"; authorizes administration & dispensing of covered prescriptions drugs as part of outpatient care. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
