HB 1387 State Economic Development Contracts (2026 Session)
State Economic Development Contracts: Provides requirements for employer to be eligible for economic development incentive; provides procedures for handling suspected violations of specified provisions & for recovery of funds upon finding of violation; provides applicability; requires that Department of Commerce enter into separate agreement with recipient of economic development incentive to allow department to recover funds if recipient fails to comply with section; provides requirements for such agreements. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
