HB 1287 Labor Pool Act (2026 Session)
Labor Pool Act: Prohibits labor pool from charging certain fee to third-party user if such user directly employs laborer for work; requires labor pool to register annually with Department of Commerce; authorizes department to adopt rules; revises remedies, damages, & costs court may award prevailing party in certain actions. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
