Recording of Instruments Conveying Real Property: Requires electronic signatures for certain notarial acts to include specified information as watermark to prevent copying; r prohibits recording of certain instruments without specified identification; authorizes clerk of circuit court to return instruments for correction in specified circumstances; requires such instruments be returned within specified timeframe. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
