Criminal Activity of Insurance Professionals; Requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to accept and process certain fingerprints; requiring persons submitting fingerprints to bear the cost of state and federal processing; authorizing the department to exchange certain records with the Office of Insurance Regulation for certain purposes; requiring the office to review the results of certain background checks and to make a certain determination, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2026
