Summary
Food and Hemp Products; Providing conditions for the manufacture, delivery, hold, offer for sale, distribution, or sale of hemp extract; prohibiting the unpermitted business, street, or festival sale of hemp extract; requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to preapprove advertisements; requiring such businesses and food establishments to keep certain records pertaining to lab results of hemp extract products and the suppliers of such products for a specified amount of time, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
