Inmate Services; Requiring that maintenance and repair deduction fees from contractor-operated correctional facilities be deposited in the Contractor-Operated Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund; requiring that funds from the Contractor-Operated Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund be used for specified purposes, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2026
