Sovereign Immunity for Public Transit Contractors; Providing that contractors operating public transit services and their employees, agents, or subcontractors are deemed agents of the state, agency, or subdivision for which they provide public transit services for purposes of sovereign immunity, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
