Podiatric Medicine: Revises certain continuing education requirements to apply to certain persons; provides legislative findings & intent; authorizes podiatric physicians to perform stem cell therapy; provides requirements for stem cells obtained & used by physician; provides advertising requirements for stem cell therapies; requires physician to obtain signed consent form before performing stem cell therapy; provides requirements for consent form. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
