Prearranged Transportation Services: Prohibits impersonation of transportation network company driver; provides criminal penalties; provides that services purchased from transportation network company are not considered privately owned or operated bus transit systems; revises definition of "transportation service provider"; requires transportation service providers to provide certain drivers with access to certain training materials. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
