Cardiac Emergencies; Revising requirements for instruction on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external defibrillator; requiring each public school to develop a cardiac emergency response plan (CERP); requiring public schools, including charter schools, to have at least one operational automated external defibrillator on school grounds by a specified date, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
