Summary
Division of Labor Standards: Creates Division of Labor Standards for specified purposes; designates division as state Agency for Workforce Innovation for purposes of implementing s. 24, Art. X of State Constitution; revises provisions relating to state minimum wage including, protected rights, prohibition on certain contracts, process for filing complaint, statute of limitations during investigation, liability & recordkeeping; creates the Division of Labor Standards Community Advisory Board; provides for membership, meetings & duties of board; requires annual report. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
