SB 1756 Succession to Office of Governor, Auditing, and Government Efficiency (2025 Session)
Government Efficiency; Proposing the creation of a new section in Article XII of the State Constitution to revise provisions relating to auditing and government efficiency, create the office of the Commissioner of Government Efficiency as a Cabinet officer, revise provisions relating to succession to the office of Governor if there is a vacancy or in the case of impeachment or incapacity, and to submit to the electorate, during a specified election year, a ballot question regarding whether to repeal the office of the Commissioner of Government Efficiency, etc.
