Disclosure of Public Servants' Personal Information: Provides that certain public employees & officials may provide written notice to data broker to prevent disclosure of specified personal data concerning themselves & related persons; prohibits release of data after receipt of such notice; provides for actions against data broker for failure to comply. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
