Nurse Registries; Providing that certain health care practitioners under contract with a nurse registry are deemed independent contractors for purposes of provider reimbursements under the Medicaid program; providing that such practitioners are not eligible for overtime or holiday pay, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
