Summary
Flood Zone Disclosures for Dwelling Units: Requires landlords or persons authorized to enter into rental agreements on behalf of landlords to make specified disclosures relating to flood zones before commencement of tenancy; requires landlords to notify current tenants of change in dwelling unit's flood zone designation. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
