Pub.Rec./Voter Registration Record Maintenance : Provides exemption from public records requirements for records containing certain information received from federal agencies, another state, or the District of Columbia after entering into memorandum of understanding pertaining to voter registration records. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1381 or similar legislation takes effect
