Department of Financial Services; Revising which subsystem the Chief Financial Officer reports from; specifying that the department is the functional owner of the Financial Management Subsystem; authorizing the department to accept a credit card payment for a specified down payment; revising the circumstances under which a licensing authority must issue a license by endorsement to practice funeral directing; requiring owners and users to install a carbon monoxide detector or alarm on certain boilers and fire pressured vessels; creating the Florida Firefighter Recruitment Bonus Payment Program for a specified purpose, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
