Summary
Property Tax Exemption and Assessment Limitation on Long-term Leased Property: Provides that property that receives certain tax exemption shall be assessed in specified manner; requires property that no longer meets eligibility requirements to be assessed in alternative manner; requires submission of application containing specified information before receiving specified tax exemption; provides specified tax exemptions to property that meets certain eligibility requirements. Effective Date: on the effective date of the amendment to the State Constitution proposed by HJR 1257 or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose
