Student Online Personal Information Protection: Prohibits collection or sharing of student's covered information without written consent from parent or guardian; requires specified contracts, agreements, & written arrangements to include specified statement; requires school districts to publish specified portions of contracts, agreements, or written arrangements relating to collection or sharing of covered information; provides penalties for operators & interactive computer services that fail to meet specified requirements; requires DOE to publish specified information relating to operators & interactive computer services on its website within specified timeframe. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
