Mental Health Services for First Responders: Requires Division of State Fire Marshal to develop & implement statewide behavioral health access program to provide certain mental wellness services & resources to first responders; provides requirements for program; provides that first responders are not required to pay copayment for services & resources; provides training requirements for licensed professional counselors; requires program, by specified date, to develop specified plan & submit plan to Legislature. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
