Pub. Rec./E-mail Addresses/DHSMV: Exempts from public records requirements e-mail addresses collected by DHSMV when providing renewal notices; expands exemption to include e-mail addresses from certain licensees; expands exemption to include e-mail addresses collected as method of notification related to vessel registrations; provides retroactive applicability; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1075 or similar legislation takes effect
