Council on Social Status of Black Men and Boys: Establishes council within Florida Memorial University, rather than DLA; requires Florida Memorial University, rather than Office of Attorney General, to provide staff & administrative support to council; provides that council's meeting times are approved by president of Florida Memorial University, rather than Attorney General; provides that members of council may be reimbursed for certain expenses by Florida Memorial University, rather than DLA. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
