Summary
Florida Virtual School; Deleting provisions requiring the Florida Virtual School to give priority to certain students; providing that officers and employees are granted sovereign immunity in addition to the board of trustees; providing that certain expenditures are contingent upon review and approval by the Florida Virtual School president and chief executive officer or authorized designees, rather than the executive director, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
