Summary
Toll Discounts for Veteran-owned Businesses: Provides discount for certain veteran-owned businesses on required payment of tolls for use of toll facilities; provides requirements for veteran-owned business to qualify for exemption; provides requirements for discount; requires Florida Turnpike Enterprise in coordination with Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs & Department of Management Services to administer discount program; establishes two-year pilot program & reporting requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
