HB 709 Jai Alai Permitholders (2025 Session)
Jai Alai Permitholders: Authorizes holders of valid pari-mutuel permit to lease certain facilities to any other holder of same pari-mutuel permit or to any jai alai permitholder when located within specified radius of each other; authorizes such lessees to apply for certain license; prohibits such lessees from operating cardroom or slot machine at leased facility; requires certain jai alai permitholders to conduct minimum number of live performances using their existing permit. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
