Service of Process; Requiring that all process be served by the sheriff of the county where the person to be served is found; authorizing sheriffs to serve spouses with certain substituted service at any place in the county; repealing a provision relating to certified process servers authorized by sheriffs; repealing a provision relating to certification of process servers authorized by judges, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
