Lee County: Creates Duke Farm Stewardship District; establishes legal boundaries; provides for jurisdiction & charter; provides for membership, election, terms of office, & duties of governing board members; provides for meetings; provides for district treasurer, selection of public depository, & district budgets & financial reports; provides district powers; provides for bonds, borrowing, & trust agreements; provides for future ad valorem taxation & special assessments; provides requirements for termination, contraction, or expansion of district; specifies that certain district property is public; provides for referendum. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
