Relief/Darline Angervil and J.R./South Broward Hospital District: Provides for relief of J.R. & Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides appropriation to compensate Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides limitation on compensation & payment of attorney fees. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
