Summary
Fees/Retail Sale of Ephedrine and Related Compounds; Requiring all covered entities, beginning on a specified date, to pay specified fees to the administrator of the electronic recordkeeping system on a monthly basis; specifying that failure to pay the fees subjects the covered entity to certain criminal penalties, etc. Effective Date: On the same date that SB 640 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
