Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Medical Benefit Plans; Defining the term “nonprofit agricultural organization”; authorizing nonprofit agricultural organizations to provide medical benefit plans; specifying that such plans are not insurance for purposes of the Florida Insurance Code; prohibiting the nonprofit agricultural organization from marketing or selling a medical benefit plan through specified agents, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
