Summary
Home and Service Warranty Association Financial Requirements: Revises circumstances under which certain service warranty associations are not required to establish unearned premium reserves or to maintain contractual liability insurance & are authorized to allow their premiums to exceed specified ratios; requires service warranty contracts that include coverage for certain accidental damage to be covered by contractual liability policies. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
