Summary
Dangerous Excessive Speeding: Provides conduct that constitutes dangerous excessive speeding; authorizes, rather than requires, officer to indicate applicable civil penalty on certain traffic citations; requires person cited for certain driving infractions to appear at scheduled hearing. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
