Nonpublic Religious Postsecondary Educational Institutions: Removes religious colleges from list of institutions specified as not being under jurisdiction or purview of Commission for Independent Education; provides requirements that must be met by nonpublic religious postsecondary educational institutions that operate without being licensed by commission; provides duties & requirements of the commission & institutions; & provides specified persons are subject to certain criminal penalties. Effective Date: October 1, 2025
