Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Law Enforcement Officer: Revises law enforcement vehicle marking requirements for specified offenses; reclassifies offenses for purposes of offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code; provides sentencing multiplier for specified offenses. Effective Date: October 1, 2025
