Location of Equipment Owned by Amusement Business Owner: Prohibits counties & municipalities from enacting policies, ordinances, regulations, or other measures that require payment from amusement business owner for placement, parking, or storage of equipment for longer than specified length of time on certain lands classified as agricultural lands. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
