HB 1597 Ethics (2024 Session)
Ethics: Increases maximum fine for violations of specified lobbying provisions; prohibits member of Commission on Ethics from serving more than two full terms, instead of two full terms in succession; revises and provides requirements relating to procedures & timeframes for investigation & reports of complaints or referrals of violations of Code of Ethics. Effective Date: This act shall take effect October 1, 2024.
