Community Mobile Support Teams: Requires DCF to contract with managing entities for community mobile support teams to place certain crisis counselors within local law enforcement agencies to conduct follow-up contacts with certain persons; provides requirements for crisis counselors, community mobile support teams, & certain community mental health centers. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
